Aviana Resort  is a newer resort community located in Davenport, Florida which is south of Orlando and the Highway 192 business corridor. Aviana was developed by Park Square Homes, one of the region’s premier builders.

Aviana Resort Davenport villas are approximately 8.7 miles (14km) from the Animal Kingdom entrance at the Walt Disney World Resort® or 14.8 miles (24km) to the entrance at Magic Kindom. Many of the rental homes in Aviana offer private pools, so if this aspect is important to you, be sure to request one when making a reservation.

Aviana Resort is a little further out than some vacation home communities, but the tranquil resort environment allows one to enjoy the woodlands and conservation areas adjacent to the resort. Aviana Resort vacation homes range from a smaller 4 bedroom home up to a spacious 6 bedroom villa which sleeps 12-14 persons. The community facilities include a covered picnic area, putting green, beach volleyball, clubhouse and a beautiful resort community pool with a zero entry and spa.

Aviana Davenport also offers an internet room, children’s playground and putting green on the resort grounds. This resort community is also gated to provide a private secure vacation.
