Aviana Resort is a newer resort community located in Davenport, Florida and south of Orlando and the Highway 192 business corridor. Aviana was developed by Park Square Homes, one of the region’s premier builders.

Aviana Resort villas are approximately 8.7 miles from the Animal Kingdom entrance at the Walt Disney World Resort ® or 14.8 miles to the entrance at Magic Kindom. Many of the homes in Aviana offer private pools, so if this important to you be sure to request one when making a reservation.

Aviana resort is a little further out than some vacation home communities, but the tranquil resort environment allows you to enjoy the woodlands and conservation areas adjacent to the resort. Aviana vacation homes range from a smaller four bedroom home up to spacious six bedroom villa. The community facilities include a covered picnic area, beach volleyball, clubhouse and beautiful community pool with a zero entry and spa.

Aviana Davenport also offers a internet room, children’s play ground and putting green.
