Aviana Resort Davenport villas are approximately 8.7 miles (14km) from the Animal Kingdom entrance at the Walt Disney World Resort® or 14.8 miles (24km) to the entrance at Magic Kindom. Aviana Resort is a little further out than some vacation home communities, but the tranquil resort environment allows one to enjoy the woodlands and conservation areas adjacent to the resort. Aviana Resort vacation homes range from a smaller 4 bedroom home up to a spacious 6 bedroom villa which sleeps 12-14 persons. The community facilities include a covered picnic area, putting green, beach volleyball, clubhouse and a beautiful resort community pool with a zero entry and spa.
