Bahama Bay Resort is located southwest of Orlando in the city of Davenport, Florida.   This gated and guarded resort is located on over 60 acres of land on the south edge of Lake Davenport which makes for a secluded vacation setting. The resort theme, tropical and Caribbean, is exemplified by the resort’s food and beverage outlets (Mambo’s Poolside Bar and the Tradewinds Restaurant).

In terms of location, Bahama Bay Davenport is approximately 6.7 miles (10.8km) to the Animal Kingdom® side of the Walt Disney World Resort®, and approximately a 10 minute drive to the major restaurant chains located on US Highway 192.

Bahama Bay Orlando is a condominium community with a 16,000+ square foot common area clubhouse and check-in area as well as 4 community pools, spas, retail shop, and wireless internet café. For those who want some physical exercise on their vacation, the resort also has a sand volleyball court, basketball and tennis courts and a fitness center. The on-site Eleuthra Spa is truly full service and includes a salon, facials, body treatments, and massage therapy. This tropical resort environment also includes something for the kids – fishing lake, children’s pool and playgrounds.

The Bahama Bay condos are typically two and three bedroom units, and include 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor locations. The larger 3 bedroom villas typically sleep up to a maximum of 8-10 persons depending upon arrangements. The Andros and San Salvador 2 bedroom floor plans range from 1,100 to 1,300 square feet. The 3 bedroom floor plan models (Grand Bahama and Abacos) vary from 1,200 to 1,700 square feet. The Grand Bahama floor plan is the largest. Many holiday villa units have lake views as well.
