BellaVida Resort is located approximately 11.1 miles from the main entrance to the Magic Kingdom ® at the Walt Disney Walt Resort ®. Bella Vida was developed by the prestigious builder, Park Square Homes.

The BellaVida villas are a combination single family homes and town homes with extensive resort amenities set in a quality Mediterranean resort style setting. Various home sizes are offered within BellaVida including 4, 5, and 6 bedroom homes.

BellaVida Kissimmee is located south of Orlando and due southeast of Disney. Bella Vida offers an upscale community pool and clubhouse. Be sure to ask for your own private pool if this amenity is important to you. Many of the single family homes in BellaVida Kissimmee in fact do offer private pool amenities.

For dinner show buffs, it should also be noted the Bella Vida Resort is located conveniently behind Medieval Times (just off US Highway 192) which is also close to an extensive range of shops and restaurants.
