Calabay Parc is located in Davenport, Florida. southwest of Orlando and west of Kissimmee.This community is adjacent to Tower Lake which allows many of the villas to have lake and conservation views.

The Calabay Parc Villas are typically well appointed and the community is located just off Highway 27 approximately 10.9 miles (18km) from the main Magic Kingdom entrance at the Walt Disney World Resort®, and 24.9 miles (39km) from Universal Studios.

Most major shops and restaurants are located approximately 6.4 miles (10km) north on Highway 192 from Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. More standard grocery shopping can be found at Champions Gate located approximately 3.7 miles (6km) south or the Berry Town Center with a Publix grocery store and restaurants within 5 miles (7km). A Walgreens pharmacy is less than a mile away from this community.

Much of the Calabay Parc Tower Lake resort is surrounded by orange groves offering a peaceful retreat setting. The lake adjacent to the resort also presents guests an opportunity to enjoy serenity after a long day at the parks.

Many Calabay Parc villa rentals come in 4, 5 and 6 bedroom sizes and many with private pools. Most resort homes can comfortably sleep 8 to 14 people depending upon sleeping configurations, and of course the size of the individual villa. If a pool home is important to you, be sure to request this amenity when making a reservation. Extras typically include pool heat (normally around $25 per day) and BBQ rental.
