Cane Island Resort is a gated condominium community located approximately 8.3 miles from the entrance to Magic Kingdom ® at the Walt Disney World Resort ®. Further out from the Cane Island villas is located Universal Studios at 15.3 miles, Sea World at 11.4 miles and the Orange County Convention Center at 13.9 miles. Cane Island vacation rentals are centrally located and well situated.

Cane Island condos are typically 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. There is a community pool, hot tub, internet facilities, fitness room, game room and concierge service.

Cane Island Kissimmee also is located conveniently close to many of the major shops and restaurants on Highway 192.

The buildings at Cane Island Resort are typically four stories high (like a garden style apartment building), but do come with elevators.
