Emerald Island Resort is located approximately 7 miles (11km) from the main entrance to Magic Kingdom ® in the Walt Disney World Resort ® in Kissimmee, Florida. Emerald Island Orlando is also located just a short drive away from the Highway 192 west area where there are plenty of major shops and restaurants to choose from. Another great feature of this resort is its proximity to the Mystic Dunes Golf Course. Mystic Dunes is a par 71, 7000+ yard course with both a “Carolina Lowcountry” style front nine and a British links style back nine.

The Emerald Island villas are a full service resort community offering stylish detached homes in the 4, 5, 6 and 7 bedroom range and many with private pools. Emerald Island Kissimmee also offers a selection of Mediterranean style townhomes which are also well appointed.

The resort facilities in this community are extensive. The resort amenities include a sauna, tennis courts, volleyball, fitness facility, gameroom arcade, kids playgrounds, wireless internet and most importantly – a Tiki bar. The entrance is appealing with waterfalls, dolphin statues and a gated and guarded entrance. A select number of water view lakefront villas are also available for rental.

In our opinion, Emerald Island Kissimmee offers much for the family or group coming on vacation to the Orlando/Kissimmee area. It is one of the top vacation rental communities near Disneyworld. The community was built by Park Square Homes, a premier builder of quality vacation homes.
