More and more school groups are beginning to book Orlando area vacation homes for their visits to the Disney area. School groups have discovered vacation homes as an affordable option to a conventional limited capacity hotel room.
Standard vacation homes can comfortably sleep from 2 – 17 people depending on sleeping configurations and home sizes. For larger groups, multiple homes can easily be arranged.
Our school group lodging standards require fully chaperoned and escorted trips. Our standard policy is 1 chaperone per 10 students, with a 2 adult minimum. The group trip should also be staying in an official capacity and must be fully insured (proof required).
Each student must also have:
- An overnight extended trip application form with emergency contact information
- An overnight extend trip permission form from the parent or guardian
- Student behavior contract
- Trip waiver release form
