Highlands Reserve is  located in Davenport Florida, west of Kissimmee and southwest of Orlando. Highlands Reserve villas is a golf community approximately 5.5 miles (9km) from the Animal Kingdom entrance at the Walt Disney World Resort® located just off Highway 27, and south of US 192. Other major attractions include Universal Studios 22.2 miles (35km) and Sea World 17.2 miles (27km).

 Highlands Reserve Davenport is well maintained and appointed with many of the homes having frontage and/or views of the Highlands Reserve Golf Club. If you are a golfer and a golf or fairway view is important, be sure to request it when making a reservation.

Most of the vacation home rentals in Highland Reserve Davenport are 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes sleeping between 8 and 14 people comfortably. Be sure to ask how many bedrooms and baths are available when reserving a home to be sure everyone in your party is comfortable.

Many of the Highland Reserve villas also offer private pools. If this important to you and your group, be sure to ask for a home with a pool when reservation inquiries are made.
