Magic Landings Kissimmee vacation homes are located approximately 17 miles (27km) from the Magic Kingdom® entrance at the Walt Disney World Resort as well as just a short drive to the major restaurants and shops located on Highway 192. The huge selling point of this resort community is just 0.7 miles to the Silver Spurs Arena and Osceola Heritage Park in Kissimmee, Florida.

The vacation homes in Magic Landings Kissimmee Fl are single family homes mainly with 4, 5 and 6 bedroom homes. These sized villas typically accommodate a group or family of between 8 and 14 persons depending upon sleeping configurations and home size.

The Magic Landings community villas are gated, although it should be noted that the gate was left open at the time of our review.  Many of the vacation homes at Magic Landings Kissimmee do come with a private pool. If such amenities are important to you, be sure to reserve and/or verify that your specific home has a private pool. Approximately 20 rental homes in the subdivision also have waterfront and lake views from one’s screened in private lanai. Again, if this is important to your group or family, make sure this attribute comes with your vacation home reservation description.

The Magic Landings villas are located in eastern Kissimmee and are one of the closest Disney area resort communities relative to the Orlando International Airport and as mentioned,  Osceola Heritage Park. The community is located further east than many of the communities we review relative to the Walt Disney World Resort.
