According to the website, there will be select choices in four different subdivisions. The Silverbrook and Kimball Trace neighborhoods will be premium homesites on up to 1/2 of an acre of land. The architectual styles will be quite diverse and internationally inspired. Mediterranean, Tuscan, Spanish Revival, Italiante and Dutch Colonial home styles should make the resort community quite visually appealing. In all cases, and similar to the Celebration, Fl development, one must use one of the pre-selected homebuilders for the actual construction.
