Similarly, if you are coming mostly to play golf, then other communities may be better suited for you. As we have also mentioned before, if privacy is important to you and your family, select a community that is gated and/or guarded.

Most single family homes will typically charge a little extra if you want your private pool heated. A small price to pay for true luxury.
