After carefully looking at rental rates on several websites, there are too many other factors that come into play for explicitly determining a hypothetical market rate for the consumer. These pricing factors include size of home, reputation of vacation home community, amenities and location. The plethora of choices and options are some of the many reasons why vacation homes are so superior to hotels.
