We get questions often regarding the closest villas near Disney World, and more specifically, ones nearest Disney’s Magic Kingdom® theme park. Although we post full reviews on over 80 resort communities, location is certainly one of the most important criteria for Orlando travellers. We did a community sort for resort communities within 8 miles of Disney World (Magic Kingdom)* and ones that scored 3 Stars or higher on our resort review.
This resulted in a sample listing of 8 quality resort subdivisions with short comments on each:

These Disney World villas make excellent choices for any traveller to the area. Villa vary anywhere from 3 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms and often up to 7 bedrooms in size.
