The Towns at Legacy Park is a townhome community located in Davenport, Florida and within the Legacy Park development. The townhome style accommodations have 2 and 3 bedroom units with a total square footage of approximately 1,200 square feet for the larger models. There is a mix of short term renters and permanent residents in this subdivision.

The individual villa homes do not have pools, but there is a small community pool adjacent to the villas. For those who also wish to get a little exercise after a day at the parks, there is a walking trail within a short distance of the community.

These townhomes are attached multi family units, so one will usually find at least one neighbor on either side of your apartment. If this is not desirable, we suggest that you select another vacation home neighborhood in the Legacy Park community.

The Towns at Legacy Park is located approximately 4.5 miles (7km) from the Walt Disney World Resort ®, and approximately 2 miles (3.km) south on Highway 27 to restaurants, grocery stores and retail shops in the Berry Town Center.
