Vista Cay Orlando is located in Central Florida just off Universal Boulevard next to the Orange County Convention Center behind International Drive. Vista Cay is a gated resort community.

The complex is in a more urban location and is in close proximity to all the International Drive shops and restaurants. Although farther from the Disney attractions than some of the Kissimmee and Davenport area vacation home communities, Vista Cay Florida is located close to Sea World and Universal Studios.

Vista Cay Fl does not retain the single family style home with private pools as do many of the vacation communities elsewhere. The development consists exclusively of condos and townhome style units.

Vista Cay Resort offers extensive community amenties including a community pool with a zero sloped entry. At the Vista Cay clubhouse, there is also a game room, concierge service, fitness room, internet room, basketball court and even a kiddie pool for younger visitors.

This community is great for anyone desiring to be close to Sea World, Universal Studios, the Orange County Convention Center or the International Drive retail area.

If you are looking for a condo rental near the Orlando Convention Center, Vista Cay Resort is ideal as is it located next door. A note of caution that the Orlando Convention Center is not typically within walking distance for most people. The Orlando Convention Center is so large that, depending on what part of the convention center you are visiting, your convention hall could be 1 to 2 miles away.

If you are interested in a Orlando convention center condo rental during the summer, walking outside in business attire is not always appropriate, as the heat can be too intense. The concierge at Vista Cay next to the Orlando Convention Center can order a taxi or rental car depending on your preference.

Another advantage of Vista Cay Orlando is that it is located across from the Rosen School of Hospitality at UCF. The school is considered by many industry leaders to be the premiere hotel school in the world.
