Watersong Resort is a newer resort community located in Davenport, Florida which is south of Orlando and the US Highway 192 commercial corridor. Watersong was developed by Park Square Homes, one of the top home developers. The Watersong villas are approximately 10 miles (16km) from the Animal Kingdom entrance at the Walt Disney World Resort®.

In consideration of other major attractions, the Watersong Resort villas are located approximately 15.7 miles (25km) from Magic Kingdom and 15.4 miles (24.7km) from Hollywood Studios. Other major area attractions in proximity to Watersong Resort include Universal Studios at 24.2 miles (38km) and Sea World at 21.2 miles (34km).

Watersong Resort rentals are a little further out, but the tranquil resort environment allows one to enjoy the woodlands and conservation areas adjacent to the resort. The community features a spacious premium clubhouse, fitness room, putting green, beach volleyball area, and a large resort pool.

Most of the vacation homes in Watersong are 4, 5, and 6 bedroom homes sleeping 8 to 14 people depending on bedroom layouts and sleeping configurations. Many of the Watersong holiday homes offer private pools. If this is important to you or your family, be sure to make this request when making a reservation. In the winter, pool heat is typically extra, so be sure to check the cost associated with this.
