Windwood Bay should not be confused with The Reserve at Windwood Bay which is a townhome community behind the Windwood Bay subdivision. The townhome section is gated, but the single family homes are not.
Windwood Bay is located approximately 6 miles south of the Walt Disney World Resort ® and is an approximately 15 minute drive to some of the major restaurant chains located on the west side of Highway 192.
