The culinary staff and team at Walt Disney World® have some great new food and fun in store for Epcot® Food and Wine 2014. This includes new Chef inspired classes, food & wine parings, regional booths and late night entertainment. These special events will run as indicated during the time of the festival which is September 19th to November 10th.

The first in a series of great new additions for the Epcot Food and Wine 2014 is the new culinary “boot camp series”. These are 2 hour culinary instructional skills classes. These cooking exhibitions range from topics such as food and wine pairing, chocolate, cake decorating and pickling.

The biggest changes to the 2014 Epcot Food and Wine Festival are the new food and wine pairings. These include a varied assortment of regional and cultural offerings:

  • Italian white truffle and wine pairing – This event will take place each Thursday evening in October 2014 from 6 to 9 p.m. These 5 course dinners will feature regional Italian wine pairings and white truffles with each sumptuous dish.

The updated menu includes favorites such as conch salad, frituras, and flan cocho. Click here for the menu and photos of “Experience Puerto Rico” dishes.

The Epcot Food and Wine 2014 itinerary would not be complete without the addition of new late night entertainment on Thursdays from 9:45 p.m. to 1 a.m. Musical performances and live entertainment along with 6 food & beverage items from various international booths comprise your late night experience at Epcot.
