The Regal Palms Resort and Spa  is located in Davenport Florida. In addition to the lodging and accommodations offered to guests, the resort features a full range of recreational amenities. These amenities include a relaxing day spa, swimming pools and water fountains, whirlpool, kid’s water features, and lazy river. There is also a casual dining concept – The Bamboo Tiki Bar which is located on-site.

The Regal Palms Villas are located just off Highway 27 on Sand Mine Road  and south of Highway 192 – Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. Regal Palms at Highlands Reserve is a gated vacation home community located approximately 11 miles from Animal Kingdom, 13.6 miles from Epcot and 15.5 miles from Magic Kingdom in the Walt Disney World Resort ® in terms of driving distance.

The vacation rentals in Regal Palms are all two story townhomes offering 3 and 4 comfortable bedrooms sleeping from 6 to 10 people. These numbers are based on bedroom configurations and sleeping room arrangements. There are at least 4 different floor plan models – Bermuda, Cayman, Jamaica and Antigua. The townhouses do not typically come with individual private pools, but the community does offer outstanding recreational amenities as mentioned above. The townhouses at Regal Palms offer open style parking.

The Regal Palms Orlando clubhouse offers an array of resort style amenities including an internet café, conference rooms, gym, tiki bar and spa. Exclusive use of the clubhouse amenities are reserved mostly for resort guests. The resort’s dedicated spa – Ascension Day Spa offers massage therapy, facial and body treatments, and nail care. Therapy includes various types of massage – Swedish, therapeutic and deep tissue massage. These services can be part of a package or as individual treatments.

There are several golfing communities in proximity to the Regal Palms villas with the closest being the Highlands Reserve Golf Course approximately 1 mile south of the resort property. Regal Palms Highlands Reserve is in the vicinity of several other resort communities most notably Highlands Reserve and Hampton Lakes.
